Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

During launches, sales, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched (not when placed).

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

United States

International Standard: 5–10 business days
International Express: 3–6 business days

Canada

International Standard: 6–12 business days
International Express: 4–7 business days

Europe

International Standard: 4–10 business days
International Express: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly shown on the website when available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:

  • Your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority

  • We are not responsible for these fees

The customer is responsible for paying any import charges upon delivery.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

We cannot replace or refund parcels marked as delivered by the courier unless confirmed lost by the shipping provider.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
